Nomination procedure

You can find here information about the nomination process for your students for the academic year 2023-2024.
Please feel free to send us your nominations by emailing the following student information to incoming-fasestuniv-lillefr :

• Full Name
• First Name
• Date of Birth
• Gender
• Field of Study
• Period: Fall/Spring term or Full Year

The submission for student nominations for the Fall term or Full Year opens on March 1^st 2023 and ends on the May 1^st 2023. Once we receive the nomination, our office will contact your student providing instructions on the online application procedure. Students have until May 15^th to finalise and validate the process. After this date, last-minute nominations are accepted but students must arrange their own private accommodation.
For the Spring term, the nomination period starts on September 1^st 2023 and ends on October 24^th 2023. After nomination, students will be contacted with instructions on the completion of the online application. Application deadline is November 1^st.
